Our company M/s Texpro Machinery Manufacturers was formed and set up by our Director late Shri Sudhakar .P. Modak , who was a first class Mechanical Engineer with a very wide experience and excellent technical knowledge, which he acquired working with MNC companys. Presently his two son Mr Paresh Modak who is mechanical engineers is looking after marketing ,Production and R&D and Mr Pranav modak who is a commercial graduate and M.B.A is looking after administrative and financial matters.

Our plant is set up at G.I.D.C. Industiral area with a plot of 2500 sq.mtrs is having all latest manufacturing facalities, toolings & Equipments required for a machinery manufacturing of international standards.

Initially we commenced our production with textile processing machineries and Impregnating plant with dryer for Decorative & industrial laminates, but then after looking to customers need and changing market scenario, we have concentrated on following range of products which have become our main and specialized products.
